I have extensive experience in providing relationship psychotherapy to people who have struggled with relationship pain. These are people who really want to know “how can I be the person I am and remain in the relationship with my partner or child”.

Through relationship psychotherapy I will assist you in forming a relationship that is loving, supportive and life-affirming. You can grow your relationship in a healthy, meaningful way. You can find a way to voice your deepest needs and be respected. You can even feel secure in a long-lasting and satisfying relationship with the freedom to become more fully the person you are.

What makes me different from other relationship therapists?

I have over fourteen years experience working with singles, couples and parents who have struggled with many of the painful issues that you may be facing right now.

I am passionate and committed to helping individuals, couples and parents move out of negative and painful patterns of relating to live fuller, richer relationships that are life-enhancing and genuinely rewarding.

Originally from Ireland, I have lived in France for over 22 years and work with equal ease in English or French. That means I am also both bi-lingual and bi-cultural and keenly aware of the difficulties and challenges of living in France as a native English speaker.

My approach is tailored to suit your unique needs as we work together to assist you achieve your relationship goals. If necessary, we can take time together to define what your needs and goals are. I ask for your feedback on a regular basis to verify we are moving towards what you really want for yourself. This means you should be able to experience improvement sooner rather than later while helping me to adjust my approach accordingly.

The foundation of my psychotherapy work is holistic and non-judgmental. This means I view the whole of you in the context of your unique needs, values, challenges and history. This allows me to support you to connect more fully to your inherent strengths and sources of personal knowledge. You can then use your own ability to heal and recover from past relationship pain so that you can create the loving relationships you so desire.
